This person will primarily be responsible for designing mechanical plans and conducting studies related to projects.

Tasks

• Developing and implementing refrigeration designs.
• Ensuring compliance with the National Building Code.
• Improving efficiency of installations and adhering to client requirements while executing projects.
• Supervising the coordination of deliverables while seeking technical solutions.
• Contributing to the development of budget estimates.
• Checking and aligning ongoing work with other stakeholders.
• Actively participating in on-site meetings.
• Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

• DCS in Building Mechanics Technology.
• Significant experience in a similar building mechanics role.
• Knowledge of the National Building Code, design standards, and Mechanical Refrigeration Code.
• Proficiency in HAP, AutoCAD, and REVIT software.
• Functional English.

• Valid driver's licence with access to a car.
