Featured Facebook Post Terms and Refund Policy
Service
JobRadars provides paid placement of an approved Facebook post in the selected participating Facebook group. The post is submitted by you and pinned manually by a JobRadars administrator. Regular Facebook group posting remains free.
Price and payment
The Featured Post fee is tax-inclusive. Payment is collected only after JobRadars approves the submission. The fee covers one approved Facebook post in the selected group for seven consecutive days.
Payment is processed by Stripe. A payment does not guarantee reach, clicks, applications, or any particular engagement.
Submission and approval
You must provide a working link directly to the Facebook post and ensure that the post follows the selected group’s rules and the Featured Post requirements. JobRadars may reject a submission or request clarification before approval.
The approved post must be labelled as a paid Featured Post. Approval does not authorize changes to the post’s main content after approval or pinning.
Refunds and placement problems
If JobRadars cannot pin the approved post by the scheduled start time because of a problem or delay on our side, you may choose either:
- a new seven-day placement at the next available start time; or
- a full refund to the original payment method.
No refund or extension is provided if the post is deleted, becomes unavailable, is removed by Facebook or the group, or is changed substantially by the author after approval or pinning. Substantial changes include changes to the employer, job title, location, compensation, application instructions, or the main content of the post. Minor typo or formatting corrections are allowed.
JobRadars may unpin or reject a post that no longer complies with the group rules or the Featured Post requirements. In that case, no refund or extension is provided. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
