What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee Venn's website, content strategy, customer emails, and onboarding flows to improve acquisition and retention.
  • Own and operate all social media channels, including LinkedIn, curating content and case studies for both the Venn brand and our founders to grow awareness and authority
  • Define and refine how Venn's products are perceived in the market, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with different ICPs.
  • Create and execute a strategy for blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and educational content that drive conversions and engagement.
  • Work closely with sales and product to ensure seamless onboarding and communication throughout the lifecycle.
  • Manage and iterate on our website to enhance messaging, drive conversions, and communicate product value effectively.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches.
  • Continuously test messaging, content formats, and distribution strategies to refine Venn's market presence.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B product marketing or a similar role (startup experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, content distribution, engagement metrics, and audience growth.
  • Proven ability to craft strategic messaging and high-quality content.
  • Experience optimizing website content, SEO, and conversion rates.
  • Ability to analyze data, run experiments, and iterate based on insights.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product and sales teams.
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end, working with internal teams and contractors.
