The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative/ Account Manager to join our Fastfrate Sales team at our Vancouver office.

DUTIES

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound

  • Proven inside sales experience

  • Track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively cold calls and emails

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Management of key accounts – working with internal teams to offer solutions

  • Growing book of business through upsell and win backs opportunities

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

  • Other duties as required by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Transportation Sales experience and formal education in a Marketing/Sales program

  • 1year prior related experience specifically in LTL Transportation sales 

  • 3 months on job experience

  • Ability to develop rapport and to sell over the telephone

  • Strong initiative and motivation
