The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative/ Account Manager to join our Fastfrate Sales team at our Vancouver office.
DUTIES
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Management of key accounts – working with internal teams to offer solutions
Growing book of business through upsell and win backs opportunities
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Other duties as required by management
QUALIFICATIONS
Transportation Sales experience and formal education in a Marketing/Sales program
1year prior related experience specifically in LTL Transportation sales
3 months on job experience
Ability to develop rapport and to sell over the telephone
Strong initiative and motivation
