We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Shafts Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in coordinating design and execution of piling, excavation, utilities, roads, bridges, and other scopes associated with civil infrastructure projects. You will support the Project Manager in ensuring that all shaft-related project activities are executed efficiently and within the specified timelines and budgets.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure shaft designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee piling and excavation activities related to shaft construction, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project plans
  • Coordinate the installation and relocation of utilities, including water, gas, and electrical systems, in relation to shaft projects
  • Assist in the planning and execution of road and bridge construction projects, ensuring integration with shaft structures
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports specific to shaft projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, regarding shaft projects
  • Ensure that all project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, are allocated efficiently for shaft construction
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Monitor shaft construction activities to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues that arise promptly


What You Bring To The Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination within the civil infrastructure sector, with a focus on shafts and/or deep excavation, shoring and structural works
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with permit processes and regulatory compliance
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera)
