Job Description

Infosys is seeking a EPM Techno-functional lead who will be driving a EPM Cloud support project which involves production support and application enhancements. This role will be interfacing with key customer stakeholders for regular updates, planning and prioritizing the work; will be working closely with business users to resolve their EPM technical issues. Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience on at least 3~4 EPM Cloud- modules namely EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS and ARCS. Need experience in working in global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology. Individual contributor as well as team lead.

Required Qualifications

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Skills Required

  • 8-12 years of experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development, Support and Maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle Hyperion/EPM Cloud suite of products.
  • 2-3 years of end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing Oracle’s EPM Cloud suite of products such as PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS etc.
  • Strong functional understanding of Financial Planning and Budgeting and Financial consolidation
  • At least 5 years experience in supporting multiple EPM Cloud modules by directly interacting with client business and IT team
  • Has worked in production support life-cycle processes for large organization
  • Ability to analyze quickly analyze production issues, do root cause analysis, apply break fixes and move changes to prod environment in controlled manner
  • Experience in managing release management and knowledge management
  • Experience in working with complex EPM integrations involving multiple source systems and both direct integrations, EPM Agent based integrations and file based integrations
  • Excellent hands-on experience with SQL and shell scripting
  • Hands-on experience with managing Linux based EPM environments and autosus based job scheduling
  • Hands-on experience with Essbase 21C and all associated scripts, data loads and maintenance
  • Ability to analyze EPM monthly patches and testing of the same
  • Experience with creating weekly and monthly status reports for Production support, presentation of the same to senior management
  • Experience in leading a team of support consultants to deliver production support
  • Ability to connect with multiple teams and work in collaborative to resolve support issues
  • Ability to run monthly/quarterly run book, co-ordinate with various teams/people involved in that process and update the status of the same to management
  • Experience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
  • Experience in EPM Automate, HFR and Smartview reporting
  • Hands on experience in building application artifacts (Configuring Dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts etc.), building data integrations and designing Dashboards & Reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in client facing role – and managing large EPM landscape production support
  • Hands-on experience with EPM Cloud modules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

Ontario:$ 89004 to $ 103042
