ARGEN Canada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, dental software, and materials to dental labs and denturist clinics.

Argen is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join their state-of-art Digital Center in Mississauga, ON.

As the Argen Canada Digital Center (ACDC) Concierge, you will be the frontline communicator between ACDC and our customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service. This role is also responsible for helping with the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments of goods within the warehouse, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Working Onsite, Typical Daily Responsibilities Will Include

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs promptly and professionally via various channels such as phone and email.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services and procedures to customers.
  • Assist our sales team by managing various administrative tasks such as adding promos, new account creation, address changes, account updates).
  • Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve assorted issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer’s experience.

This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to delivering a positive customer experience. Dental education and/or experience are preferred for this role.
