As Sales Manager at Tamarack Homes, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and driving the success of our residential communities across Ottawa and Kingston. Leading a dynamic sales and design team, you will guide homebuyers from purchase to personalization, ensuring a seamless, customer-first journey rooted in quality, integrity, and care. In this role, you’ll influence everything from strategic planning and pricing to community development and design centre operations, working cross-functionally to deliver results that align with Tamarack’s legacy of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop sales and design staff.
- Oversee daily sales operations and customer experience across all sites.
- Develop sales strategies, set pricing structures, and analyze market trends.
- Standardize documentation practices and ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Construction, Marketing, Legal, and Design to align planning and execution.
- Foster a positive customer experience and support issue resolution.
- Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.
- 7–10 years of sales or real estate experience, ideally in residential construction.
- A proven track record of leading engaged, accountable teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in sales tools and systems (e.g., Newstar, CRM platforms).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
