We’re seeking a Senior UI Designer with a passion for crafting thoughtful, elegant digital experiences. Reporting to the Director of Experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping user interfaces into polished, production-ready deliverables. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every design reflects strategy, creative vision, usability best practices, and integrates into our automated design-dev processes.

What will this job do?

• Confidently interpret marketing briefs and build UI solutions that align to stated goals
• Champion strong, user centric design concepts while iterating per user testing and client feedback
• Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and strive for design best practices in all your deliverables
• Seamlessly create designs across multiple breakpoints
• Build trusted relationships across cross-functional internal teams (e.g., strategy, content, development)
• Participate in client-facing presentations and design reviews with confidence and clarity
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies; share insights with the broader team
• Demonstrate a strategic understanding of product design challenges within the broader market context
• Keep aligned to project timelines and ensure quality work is delivered on schedule

What do you need to have?

• 4+ years of experience in a digital agency or fast-paced product design environment
• A demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Axure, or Adobe XD is an asset.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-caliber digital work with enterprise-level clients across diverse sectors. Experience in financial, med-tech, tech services, or regulated industries an asset.
• Deep understanding of design systems and how they contribute to scalable, systemized UI patterns across products and teams.
• Expertise in structuring Figma components and UI kits for seamless developer handoff and efficient Figma-to-code workflows.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual and an ability to present work clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and clients
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and providing structure
