About the role
The Partner Alliance Associate will report to the Director, Partner Management, and will be responsible for supporting business-to-business relationships with key partners and vendors. Individual will assist Partner Alliance Managers and team to forecast and review rebates, facilitate contract review, and track partner required certifications
What you'll be doing
  • Work with partners to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
  • Support relationship with partner(s) and Computacenter to build the brand and the business.
  • Assist in creation of strategic plans with partners for overall growth and engagement with Computacenter.
  • Manage relationship and programs with fulfillment partners.
  • Maintain and improve profitability with assigned fulfillment partners.
  • Drive change, innovation and growth across the Partner programs.
  • Seek opportunities to maximize front and back-end process for partner specific items such as up front dis-counts, rebate programs, partner-specific solutions, and more.
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
  • Act as a point of escalation on issues and provide appropriate support to internal team members.
  • Review forecast for opportunity to negotiate additional discounts and programs.
  • Forecast and track Partner Rebates.
  • Communicate partner programs and processes to internal departments.
  • Support holistic efforts to achieve and maintain Certification and Partner requirements.
  • Manage new vendor Engagement, Qualification and Onboarding.
  • Complete special projects, as assigned.
  • Assure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.


What you have
  • 1-3+ years’ experience with a technology company in service delivery in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a challenging environment.
  • Experience of working with partners and vendors to increase sales and enhance relationships, a plus.
  • Contributes to the organizational vision and strategy, initiates and leads collaborative forums across the organization to create the foundation for achieving strategic goals
  • Demonstrates understanding of current and emerging market trends, geographic and cultural needs.
  • Ability to develop strategy to implement lessons learned to future deals.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Able to drive continuous improvement through the creation of new metrics based on current performance.
