A career as a Chief Functional Analyst in the Commercial CRM team at National Bank is to act as an essential pillar between business and technology teams to optimize our Salesforce solutions. Your understanding of business needs, analytical mind, experience with Salesforce requirements management and configuration, and knowledge of CRM processes and best practices, you have a positive impact on the evolution of our solutions and the experience of our users.

Your job

  • Ensure coordination between the various teams involved in the projects to guarantee efficient delivery aligned with business objectives.
  • Take charge of managing complex cases requiring in-depth analysis, rigorous planning, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Understand business sector strategies, issues and operational realities so you can support IT teams in developing efficient solutions
  • Conduct complex analyses, identify discrepancies, and make recommendations to optimize system efficiency and resolve issues
  • Document requests and make recommendations for designing or adapting systems to meet business needs and facilitate decision-making
  • Produce technical and functional specifications including expected system behaviours, use cases and user interactions with the system
  • Design diagrams to model current and target processes
  • Collaborate with your delivery team to define acceptance criteria, draw up plans and carry out functionality tests

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree related to the industry and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or other diploma and several years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Salesforce integration
  • Salesforce certification, an asset
  • Good understanding of sales and service processes in a B2B context
  • Experience in banking and/or financial desirable
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and DevOps
  • Excellent analytical and synthetic skills
  • Strong ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Ability to manage priorities and time effectively.
