Rated Ultra Lounge is seeking a Corporate Event Sales Specialist to help shape the future of nightlife and corporate entertainment in Calgary. This is not just a sales role, it's an opportunity to join the Rated Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in growing one of the city's most exciting brands.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect, pitch, and secure corporate bookings, brand activations, networking events, and private functions at Rated.
- Leverage your existing network while actively building new relationships through outbound outreach, site tours, and strategic follow-up.
- Work closely with our events and leadership team to curate custom experiences for clients.
- Represent Rated at networking functions, industry mixers, and in online community spaces to keep our venue top of mind for companies and organizers.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and sales materials to boost visibility and close deals.

We're Looking For:
- Experienced sales pros with a proven track record in B2B, events, hospitality, or venue sales.
- People who are networking machines; whether you're plugged into the corporate world, social scenes, or local communities, you know how to get people talking.
- Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills-confident presenting to executives, but also personable and relatable.
- Someone who thrives in high-energy environments and knows how to balance professionalism with a good time.
