What will your typical day look like?


The Deloitte hybrid work model strives to provide flexibility by empowering employees to make purposeful choices around where and how they work. However, there are some roles within our firm that require location-specific work, including this role. As such, there will be time where various business needs will require you to work in person from the Deloitte office in Toronto.


As a Senior Executive Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:


  • Calendar management, including proactively identifying and resolving conflicts
  • Complex domestic and international travel coordination, including arranging visas, following security protocols and immigration processes
  • Inbox management, including organizing and escalating time-sensitive emails and approvals
  • Time and expense management
  • Virtual and in-person meeting (internal and external) coordination, attending and taking minutes when required
  • End-to-end logistical support of staff and client activities, including on-site participation
  • Drafting, editing and distributing communications
  • Peer-to-peer buddy support, teaming and collaboration

About the team


As a part of the Executive Support Services team within Central Business Services, we work to leverage appropriate firm resources to manage, own and minimize administrative tasks for our clients. Our team handles work-related matters on behalf of and alongside the Partners and staff. We focus on growth, connection, and continuous on-the-job learning and collaboration.

You are someone with:


  • Minimum five years of executive support experience in a customer-service-driven, fast-paced setting
  • Previous experience in a professional services firm is an asset
  • A focus on client service excellence, enhanced quality, attention to detail and continuous improvement
  • Proactive, solutions-driven, forward thinking and able to troubleshoot strategically
  • Collaborative, skilled at relationship- and network-building
  • Flexible, embracing change with enthusiasm and able to pivot quickly
  • Skilled in maintaining confidentiality
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); able to learn new technologies and tools quickly and expertly
  • Professional, diplomatic and excellent communications in English
  • Fluency in French and Spanish is an asset

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
