We’re looking for a Professional Services Consultant who brings strong skills in web and cloud technologies, system integration, and project leadership skills to deliver end-to-end customer communication solutions.

Role Overview

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of solutions that integrate Quadient’s Customer Communication Management (CCM) platform with client systems. You will work closely with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to drive technical outcomes, support business goals, and ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the day-to-day technical expert on client-facing projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess business needs and develop innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Lead or contribute to all phases of solution delivery—from discovery to development and deployment and ongoing mentoring and support.
  • Prepare technical scopes, Statements of Work (SoWs) implementation plans and solution architectures.
  • Present solution concepts and prototypes to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.


Required Skills And Experience

Project Leadership:
  • Experience leading technical engagements with external clients.
  • Skilled in gathering requirements, managing priorities, and aligning stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering requirements and developing architecture designs to ensure integrations align with business outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including client presentations.


Technical Skills:
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions that integrate enterprise software systems through modern web protocols and APIs.
  • Experience building secure integrations using RESTful APIs, JSON, and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML-based SSO,
  • Integrating enterprise solutions with identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta)
  • Experience packaging and deploying solutions in scalable environments utilizing containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience leveraging cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) for hosting, integration, or deployment.


Other Qualifications:
  • Experience in the CCM industry and business process re-engineering methodologies
  • Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience delivering Quadient Inspire-based solutions will be preferred.


Education & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.


Compensation: The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 CAD annually.
