Job Description
FLINT is urgently seeking an experienced Railcar Off-loader with at least 1 yrs of experience in a similar role for an immediate start in Calgary, AB. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday - Thursday schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Railcar Loading Experience.
- Must be proficient with computers and comfortable using Outlook and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020
- Fall Protection
- WHMIS
- Extensive knowledge of all facets of Operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Must have your own reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a keen willingness to learn.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
