The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading projects that support the roadmap for our Aseptic Filling products, including the MicroCellTM and SA25TM systems that are used by leading biopharma companies around the world to develop cutting-edge drug products and life-saving therapies. The role supports delivery of new product/service offerings, sustainment of existing product/service offerings and discontinuation of product/service offerings where appropriate working cross-functionally to deliver such programs The individual should have familiarity with key product management principles, Danaher Business System (DBS) principles and/or Lean Six Sigma principles and project management principles.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Product Management and is part of the Aseptic Filling business located in Burnaby, BC, Canada and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
The salary range for this role is $91,400 to $125,600. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

What you will do:
- Lead or coordinate the cross-functional teams required to execute roadmap programs, including Operations, Service, and Engineering.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Track and communicate project status to stakeholders of a diverse range of seniority and technical backgrounds.
- Trains team members on the key elements of P2P and standard product management competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or equivalent, with 5+ years’ experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to confidently lead project update/approval presentations to upper management and connect project status to core value drivers of the business.
- Flexibility to travel for reasonable durations (1-2 weeks), up to 30% total travel load. This includes domestic and international trips.
- Authoring and reviewing technical drawings
- Working with external partners and suppliers
