Job Title:
Billing Administrator (Contract - 3 to 6 Months)
Our Client:
Our client is a long-standing partner of ours - a growing organization in the construction and tech infrastructure space with a strong project pipeline and a collaborative team environment. They're looking to add a Billing Administrator on a contract basis (3-6 months) to support project and work order billing functions.
Location:
Vaughan | Hybrid after 1 month (3-4 days in office)
Compensation:
$20-25/hr depending on experience
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
Full-cycle billing for Work Orders and Projects
Preparing and submitting billing packages using SAP and Salesforce
Liaising with project admins and operations teams to gather required documentation
Performing monthly reconciliations and reports
Ensuring billing aligns with client contracts and updating customer portals
Supporting additional administrative or project-related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Pre-requisites:
1-4 years of relevant experience in billing, accounting, or administration
Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits)
Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of initiative
