Job Title:
Billing Administrator (Contract - 3 to 6 Months)

Our Client:
Our client is a long-standing partner of ours - a growing organization in the construction and tech infrastructure space with a strong project pipeline and a collaborative team environment. They're looking to add a Billing Administrator on a contract basis (3-6 months) to support project and work order billing functions.

Location:
Vaughan | Hybrid after 1 month (3-4 days in office)

Compensation:
$20-25/hr depending on experience

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Include:

  • Full-cycle billing for Work Orders and Projects

  • Preparing and submitting billing packages using SAP and Salesforce

  • Liaising with project admins and operations teams to gather required documentation

  • Performing monthly reconciliations and reports

  • Ensuring billing aligns with client contracts and updating customer portals

  • Supporting additional administrative or project-related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Pre-requisites:

  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in billing, accounting, or administration

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits)

  • Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of initiative
