The Opportunity

As a Content Specialist on Euna Solutions’ Learning & Adoption team, you’ll help bring clarity and consistency to the documentation that supports our government and nonprofit customers. You’ll work closely with Learning Specialists, Learning Experience Designers, and LMS Admins to create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and internal resources. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organizing information, enjoys seeing projects through to completion, and is energized by collaborating with others to make things happen.

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivering clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that supports customer learning and internal enablement.
  • Taking ownership of assigned documentation tasks and following through to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and responding well to direction and feedback.
  • Helping the team stay organized and on track by proactively managing documentation updates and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Content Development

  • Write and maintain user-facing documentation, including help articles, user guides, job aids, and some internal help resources.
  • Translate technical concepts into accessible content for public sector users.
  • Assist in updating and organizing content in Salesforce Knowledge.
  • Use tools like iorad to create step-by-step walkthroughs and visual guides.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work under the guidance of senior team members to support documentation needs across product lines.
  • Participate in content reviews and incorporate feedback to improve clarity and consistency.
  • Coordinate with LMS Admins, Learning Specialists, and Learning Experience Designers to ensure documentation aligns with learning content.

Project Execution

  • Track and manage documentation tasks using project management tools.
  • Ensure timely updates to documentation following product releases or process changes.
  • Support content audits and help maintain version control across platforms.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, content development, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Knowledge, iorad, SharePoint, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Exposure to SaaS, government, or nonprofit environments is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to apply accessibility standards as needed (e.g., WCAG, AODA, Section 508, ADA) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to take direction, follow through on tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Comfort working in a structured, feedback-rich environment.

Location

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON or Atlanta, GA office.
