Apply applicable knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project requirements
Contribute to the preparation of the Master project schedule by defining activities, dependencies, and interfaces, with support from more experienced project team members
Support the development and maintenance of all the required project schedules and ensure data integrity across the entire project life cycle
Review scope changes and claims for schedule and cost impact, and provide feedback to financial and contract management staff
Create and implement key scheduling requirements such as activity coding, naming conventions, client requirements management protocol, project calendars, resource, and plant data libraries
Interact with the Contractor personnel to review and analyze contract schedules
Interpret and monitor schedule variances, floats, trends, and schedule KPIs
Administer the progress measurement process and examine progress and performance data
Prepare schedule reports, graphs, and cost and schedule performance reports for project review meetings
Coordinate, collect, verify, perform, and integrate the work scope for all entities into the total project plan
Develop required progress reports and dashboards to provide project status updates to all internal and external clients
Complete any tasks assigned by assigned manager or higher in an efficient and timely manner

Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in planning and scheduling
Tunneling experience is preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Licenses OR Certifications:
Holding a recognized certification such as PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP is considered an asset
Oracle Primavera P6 certificate is considered an asset
Skills and Competencies:
Effective skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
Competent in Primavera P6 Project Management software
Working knowledge of Navisworks, Synchro, Power BI, and TILOS is an asset
In-depth understanding of multi-discipline engineering and construction projects
Must be willing to maintain professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices
Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines
Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
Equipped to work independently and as part of a team
