We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Control Associate to join our team. This entry-level role requires a keen eye for accuracy, a passion for data, data visualization, and process optimization.
- Create, adjust, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports
- Review reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Optimize and automate processes for the Data Control department and external departments
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and systems
- Serve as an administrator for internal CRMs, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
- Efficient and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Enthusiasm for data, visualization, and process optimization
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Overtime is expected during the peak periods such as Month-end and Quarter-end.
