Java Developers x2 - IAM/Authentication:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for Java Developers x2 - IAM/Authentication for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


Java Developers x2 - IAM/Authentication - Job Description:

The project involves building the foundation for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) within the enterprise protect platform. As senior members of the organization, the Java Developers will lead and collaborate with a team of software engineers, focusing on designing and implementing robust solutions using the latest technologies.


Java Developers x2 - IAM/Authentication - Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performance team of professionals ranging from junior to senior designers
• Mentor junior developers and business systems analysts within and outside the team
• Participate actively in Proof of Concept (PoC) and solution design thinking
• Provide strong technical leadership and drive Public Cloud Azure adoption
• Embrace Agile work culture and participate in all aspects of application development lifecycle
• Support DevOps culture including CI/CD, Jenkins, and test automation
• Utilize vulnerability scan tools and log management tools like Splunk, Data Dog
  
  
  

Java Developers x2 - IAM/Authentication - Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of strong hands-on developer experience
• Strong technology background as a full stack (Java primarily) developer
• Experience in building Java extensible code library with Ping/Forgerock
• Excellent database knowledge and hands-on experience with large RDBMS and LDAP solutions
• Experience in building REST API, microservice, and container solutions
• Strong understanding and working experience of Kubernetes
• Leadership role experience in driving solution end-to-end
  
  
  

Java Developers x2 - IAM/Authentication – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in Ping/Forgerock Access Management, Identity Management
• Real-world implementation experience in Event Streaming using Kafka
• Strong understanding of Azure public cloud design and implementation
  
  
  

Java Developers x2 - IAM/Authentication – Assignment Length:

This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension.
