- Be the main point of contact for our clients
- Coordinate and follow up on orders.
- Understand your clients' needs and priorities.
- Maintain clear and effective communication at various hierarchical levels within the organization.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct quarterly Program Review Meetings (PMRs) with clients.
- Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects and client requests.
- Support the resolution of various technical issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Prepare proposals based on predefined guidelines.
- Develop your network of internal and industry contacts.
- Gather client feedback on potential improvements and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage commercial agreements with the client.
- Contribute to the development of the SOS STL sales budget and be responsible for achieving results.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in either engineering, finance, management, business administration, or a related field; Project Management or an MBA is an asset.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management, finance, or a related discipline.
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the business or commercial aircraft industry, aeronautics, or a closely related industry.
- You have strong project management skills.
- You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a client-facing role.
- You have the ability to align and guide key partners.
- You are results-oriented and demonstrate leadership.
- You have strong financial and analytical skills.
- You are able to work closely with colleagues from various internal departments (legal, HR, finance, procurement, operations, etc.).
- You have experience preparing executive presentations.
- You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
- You can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- You are articulate and persuasive with strong presentation skills. You demonstrate a calm and appropriate presence in any situation or negotiation.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
