Senior Analyst, Data Operations Site, Brampton, ON

We have an exciting opportunity for an analyst to join our Data Operation Site team. You will play an integral role in our store setup process, engaging with business partners and participating in projects and initiatives.

As the Senior in the Data Operations - Site team, you will have the opportunity to.....

What You’ll Do:

  • Accountable for the timely and accurate execution of data setup processes for stores (sites), offices and DC's in SAP system
  • Lead multiple store setups and coordinate audits to ensure integrity of data and setup is complete and store opening/closing operations are successful and no critical errors impacting stores
  • Analyze, explain, and assist in resolving systems and business process related inquiries from business community
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, planning and highlighting opportunities for process improvements, review for anomalies and correcting as the need arises.
  • Technical proficiency to leverage, build and/or run store setup technologies; automation (bots), power apps, scorecards, and reporting

What you Bring:

  • A positive demeanour, a great teammate with good interpersonal and partnership skills
  • Successfully coordinate multiple projects and prioritize work to meet timelines
  • Demonstrable ability to respond to new situations and work in a fast-paced work environment, detail oriented and highly organized; a self-starter
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills required for presenting to all levels within the organization
  • Experience / knowledge of SAP and working with retail master data
  • Experience working with SQL, Python, Power App/Automate/BI, and UAT Testing is an asset
  • Post-secondary education at either the college or university level
