A career as a Chief Application Analyst in the Financial Markets IT Delivery team at National Bank means acting as a new query analysis, lifecycle management and application support of Fiserv products for two of our international sites at our Financial Markets and Personal Enterprise business lines.
Your job
- Support, analyze, communicate and coordinate the resolution of incidents, problems and application change requests with the Bank's teams and external suppliers
- Analyze and qualify requests for counter applications from users or internal or external partners
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business line, supplier, developers, analysts, solution architect, auditors, telecom experts, etc.) and be able to offer different analyses (functional, data, quality assurance)
- Understanding business needs, issues and processes, documenting needs and preparing recommendations facilitates decision-making and allows us to implement systems that meet the needs of our business lines and our customers.
- Ensure good IT hygiene of the application park under the responsibility of our sector
- Participate in the evolution of business orientations and the IT environment supporting them
- Create test scenarios and perform functional and technical tests.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree or other industry-related diploma and several years of relevant experience
- Experience in vendor management and knowledge of several Fiserv products, essential
- Technical experience in analysis, technical support or incident management
- Experience in managing stakeholders, including working with suppliers
- Basic knowledge of databases and programming (be able to read pseudo-code)
- Understanding of the delivery cycle/lifecycle of incident and problem management.
- Experience with AWS cloud services (EKS, EC2, docker, route53, VPC, Lambda, terraform, etc.) is an asset
- Knowledge of development and monitoring tools: Remedy, AppDynamics, PowerBI, EasyBI, an asset.
