The team is seeking a Manager to lead and oversee the Inside Sales team to ensure exceptional support that is aligned to the Company’s standards. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, improving both internal and external client satisfaction, coaching service representatives and acting as a main liaison between the function and clients. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage and supervise daily operations- Manage a mid-sized team daily operations (i.e., time and attendance, in office cadence, vacation, policy implementation, coaching and performance).
- Identify and establish coaching and mentoring opportunities for inside sales support team on call quality, activity and integrity.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure performance of the team is in compliance with company and client standards.
- Develop, execute and maintain training programs to ensure operational standards are aligned to industry standards.
- Responsible for educating the team on the most up to date product knowledge across the team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and trainings.
Establish & monitor key performance metrics
- Develop key performance metrics.
- Educate, reinforce and address any concerns pertaining to key performance metrics within the team.
- Ensure Wholesaler and Business Development Managers requests are met according to industry expectations.
- Review, analyze and provide recommendations based on key performance metrics to enhance the operational support provided by the team.
Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to address complex client issues and escalate when necessary.
- Develop key learnings and opportunities to assist with more proactive operations and solutions.
Leadership
- Fostering an engaging and positive team culture.
- Develop and maintain coaching program(s) for new and existing team members.
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice President on talent mapping and recruitment.
- Post-Secondary education in business and/or related field
- 5+ Years of experience in financial services specifically within sales and/or customer service or a related field
- CSC required
- Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
- Proficiencies with CRM (i.e., Sales Force and Tableau, MS Office)
