Relevant du VP, Promotion et mise en marché, le gestionnaire, Allocations et centre de services, assiste les équipes de promotions et de mise en marché dans la création et le développement des allocations et de l’exécution en magasin, et est en relation avec les magasins afin d’assurer l’optimisation commerciale, la cohésion et la continuité du programme d’exécution. Le gestionnaire émet également des recommandations pour adapter les programmes nationaux de l’unité d’affaires au marché régional.
Responsabilités :
Reporting to the VP, Promo & Merchandising, the Manager, Allocations and Support Center, supports the Promotions and Divisional Merchandising teams in the creation and development of Allocations and Store execution, and liaises with Stores to ensure sales optimization, cohesiveness and consistency of program execution. The Manager also supports and formulates recommendations to adapt business unit national programs to the regional market.

Responsabilités :
- Élaborer des présentations sur la gouvernance du programme et les bannières.
- Être responsable du développement de la performance des marques contrôlées (bonnes quantités, élaboration du plan d’étage).
- Créer des plans pour le rayon des produits frais (PAGD).
- Être le(la) chargé(e) de projet des initiatives spéciales de la bannière.
- Gérer le budget des circulaires.
- Soutenir la croissance du programme à valeur ajoutée (sélection des articles, schématisation de la surface de vente, communication entre les départements et les opérateurs).
- Vérifier l’intégrité de la circulaire.
- Maintenir le calendrier promotionnel.
- Surveiller la progression de l’exécution du programme et communiquer les progrès toutes les semaines afin de garantir le respect des échéances; fournir des explications ou des rapports détaillés en cas de lacunes.
- Soutenir la bannière Maxi pour comprendre et analyser les objectifs financiers (ventes, profits, marge et tonnage) des programmes de marchandisage, afin d’assurer l’atteinte des objectifs de performance.
- Agir à titre de point d’intégration entre la bannière, la division, la chaîne d’approvisionnement, le marketing et l’exploitation; soutenir les idées de la division pour soutenir les programmes et thèmes de marchandisage.
- Soutenir le contenu et le processus d’élaboration de programme (plancher et articles) pour toutes les catégories.
- Surveiller le rendement des programmes pour assurer le rendement du capital investi.
- Examiner les activités de communication concurrentielles et recommander des réponses.
- Assurer le suivi et la communication des occasions d’achat et des stocks excédentaires chaque semaine.
- Soutenir les unités commerciales dans la coordination des programmes et l’exécution des circulaires.
- Fournir une analyse rétrospective des programmes des unités commerciales, y compris des renseignements concurrentiels.
- Formuler des recommandations de programmes aux unités commerciales sur les programmes saisonniers et promotionnels clés pour le marché du Québec respectif.
- Créer et soutenir les rapports de la fiche de pointage.
- Jouer un rôle essentiel dans le processus d’allocation et les réunions interactives au sein des unités commerciales, de l’équipe des allocations, de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, des équipes de l’étranger; du soutien aux achats et des opérateurs.
- Autre tâche, au besoin.
- Diplôme postsecondaire (commerce, marketing, vente au détail, finances, économie).
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication bilingue (à l’oral et à l’écrit).
- Souci du détail et solides compétences en gestion du temps.
- Expérience en gestion des opérations de détail ou du marchandisage, un atout.
- Esprit d’équipe exceptionnel et solides compétences interpersonnelles.
- Compétences techniques de niveau intermédiaire avec MS Office (en particulier Excel et PowerPoint) et de l’expérience avec les systèmes de Loblaw constituent un atout.
- Capacité à contribuer aux programmes promotionnels en respectant les stratégies d’entreprise.
- Bonne connaissance des promotions et des programmes de marchandisage actuels au sein de la division Escompte, un atout.

- Build program governance & banner presentations decks
- Captain of developing control brand performance (right quantities, floor plan building)
- Build fresh floor plans (DMAPS)
- Project manager on special banner initiatives
- Flyer budget management
- Support the value program growth (item selection, floor mapping, communication between departments & with operators)
- Flyer integrity check
- Promotional calendar maintenance
- Monitor and communicate program execution progress on a weekly basis to ensure deadlines are met, providing detailed explanations/reporting on any shortfalls.
- Supports Maxi banner to understand/analyze financial targets (sales, profit, margin & tonnage) for merchandising programs, ensuring the level of investment delivers target performance
- Act as an integration point between the Banner, Division, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations Supports Division input to support merchandising programs and themes.
- Support program content and development process (floor and items) across all categories.
- Monitor the performance of programs to ensure ROI
- Examine competitive communication activities and recommend responses.
- Track and Communicate Opportunity Buy’s & Excess Inventory weekly
- Supports business units in the coordination of programs and flyer execution
- Provides post mortem analysis of business unit programs inclusive of competitive insights
- Formulates program recommendations to the business units on key seasonal and promotional programs for the respective Qc market
- Create and support post scorecard reporting
- Play a pivot role on allocation process and interactive meetings within Business units, allocations team, Supply Chain, Off shore teams, BCS & operators.
- Other duties as required
- Post-secondary education (business, marketing, retail, finance, economics)
- Excellent communication skills bilingual (written and spoken)
- Detail oriented and strong time management skills;
- Management experience in retail operations and/or merchandizing, an asset;
- Outstanding team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate technical skills – with MS Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint) and experience in Loblaw systems preferred.
