On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior for an 8 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, ON office.


Business Analyst - Senior - Job Description:

The Sr. Business Analyst will support the modernization of identity management system, focusing on the design and implementation of the ONE ID 2.0 solution. This role involves ensuring that the project meets business objectives within aggressive timelines by supporting select operational and project tasks.


Business Analyst - Senior - Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of the ONE ID 2.0 solution
• Develop product backlog and roadmap
• Create project and support documentation
• Evaluate solutions and vendor deliverables
• Assist in executing initiatives to operationalize ONE ID 2.0
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders
  
  
  

Business Analyst - Senior - Mandatory Skills:

• 7+ years in requirements management
• 7+ years in stakeholder management
• 7+ years in business process modeling
• 7+ years in system analysis
• Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills

Business Analyst - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Identity and Authorization Management principles
• Experience with business functional modeling and process mapping
• Experience in structured, object-oriented, and agile methodologies
• Experience with requirements management tools like Jira & Azure Dev Ops
