This Construction Lead role at Canfor’s Northwood Pulp Mill in Prince George, BC is a senior-level opportunity for a skilled trades leader to coordinate multi-disciplinary construction crews. You’ll ensure capital projects meet safety, quality, and schedule expectations, working closely with contractors, engineering consultants, and operations. Ideal for a Red Seal–qualified leader with fabrication, welding, or piping experience.

- Ability to manage multi-phase construction projects and field teams
- Strong communication with contractors and consultants
- Knowledge of LOTO and safe work permit systems
- Experience in pulp, industrial, or regulated construction environments
- Effective scheduling and cost-tracking capability
- Proactive leadership and safety-first mindset
