Responsibilities:
- Participate in system requirements definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide business applications working on multiple programs/systems simultaneously.
- Work closely with Business to understand their gaps & requirements to improve client/user experience through leading requirements gathering sessions/meetings with functional business subject matter experts
- Document the results of analysis activities using the appropriate templates and tools
- Make recommendations and influence outcomes regarding necessary changes on deliverables expected from other groups.
- Initiate and work closely with other development groups to ensure an integrated business solution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong technical background & experience with SDLC, Tech. requirements
- Experience in ERP/ Data and analytics/ migrations/ Digital Transformations
- Proficiency in JIRA, confluence
- CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional)
