Solace is hiring a Head of Demand Generation to drive the growth of our business. This is a transformational leadership opportunity for a seasoned marketing executive who thrives on building scalable demand generation programs. You'll
be responsible for architecting and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive substantial pipeline growth and accelerate our path to market leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the CMO where you'll be executing directly while building the foundation for future team growth.

Overview
Solace is hiring a Head of Demand Generation to drive the growth of our business. This is a transformational leadership opportunity for a seasoned marketing executive who thrives on building scalable demand generation programs. You'll
be responsible for architecting and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive substantial pipeline growth and accelerate our path to market leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the CMO where you'll be executing directly while building the foundation for future team growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive to quarterly pipeline targets and be a key marketing leader focused on commercial success.
- Own the unified demand gen plan with inputs from cross-functional teams within Marketing.
- Strategy & Execution: Build and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies targeting enterprise accounts, with a focus on scalable, AI-driven programs.
- ABM & Campaigns: Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, develop personalized, multi-channel campaigns, and align closely with sales to penetrate high-value accounts.
- Paid Media: Own and optimize paid media across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEM, and review sites to drive high-intent leads.
- Engage in continual improvement of the martech stack, and related processes including lead scoring, attribution models, and pipeline analytics to support data-driven decisions.
- Team Building: Start as an individual contributor with potential to grow a team; foster a culture of experimentation and collaboration.
- Experience: 10+ years in B2B demand generation with a proven record of driving significant ARR growth, especially in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in launching and managing strategic campaigns across multiple channels.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, ABM tools, Data Enrichment and martech.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical and partnership skills with Sales.
- AI Proficiency: Strong grasp of AI tools and workflows to drive efficiency and innovation in marketing.
- Leadership: Self-starter with hands-on execution ability, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and the ability to tailor strategies to global audiences is highly preferred.
- Data-driven approach to marketing, with proficiency in reporting, testing, and optimizing KPIs with an eye on conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Preferred: MBA, background in SaaS, or enterprise software; track record of delivering meaningful pipeline growth in scale-up businesses ($100m+ ARR).
