O VERVIEW
The ASR Distribution Coordinator will work as a member of the Belleville Distribution team and is responsible for preparing customer orders, invoicing all customers orders, maintaining all customers’ monthly PO’s, managing customer delivery needs, and maintaining all company and customer service levels. This role will also serve as an immediate backup for the Customs and Distribution Planner role providing coverage during vacations or unexpected absences.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
- Track, manage and enter domestic customer order entries.
- Work closely with clients to determine delivery needs and deadlines for accurate and timely deliveries.
- Monitor production schedule to ensure orders are in warehouse for loading as needed.
- Manage and coordinate transportation of all deliveries and domestic pickups from offsite 3PL’s.
- Management and posting of all stock moves to 3PL’s (stock order entry, postings and receipts).
- Prepare and maintain shipment schedules for pickup and delivery.
- Create monthly, quarterly or annual customer pricing templates for all customers.
- Create and process all required paperwork for Domestic shipments.
- Administration and filing of all domestic shipping documents, including annual documentation retention process.
- Track and verify receipts of shipments as required.
- Report and monitor any discrepancies within shipments and resolve any issues that may arise for customers.
- Front line contact for all domestic customers to ensure high quality service.
- Back up for Customs and Distribution Planner when ill or on vacation.
- Manages domestic loads in Transportation Management System (TMS) – Blu Jay.
- Track and maintain domestic customers PO monthly.
- Posting all domestic shipments into customer portals as required.
- Coordinate shipping of finished product samples for domestic shipments, LTL loads.
- Support Distribution Supervisor with reconciliation of quarterly inventory counts in SAP including the 3PL’s.
- Communication with Sale/Finance departments on orders/invoicing.
- Assist Customs and Distribution Planner on weekly inventory reconciliations.
- Actively support the operations team in conducting product traceability exercises for domestic goods, as required.
- Maintain CHEP pallet program.
- Responsible for managing and completing all month-end invoice processes related to waste distribution partners.
- Misc debit/credit invoicing to support customer billback recover costs.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Post-secondary education in supply chain, business administration, or combination of relevant education and experience
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain role preferred
- Knowledge/experience in logistics, scheduling, and cross-border transactions with customs officials preferred
- Warehouse experience would be considered an asset
