Welcome to ACX – The Future of Collision Repair Starts Here!
ACX, formerly AutoCanada Collision Centres, is entering an exciting new chapter as we rebrand and redefine the future of collision repair, hail, and auto services. Backed by the strength of AutoCanada, ACX is built on a foundation of innovation, excellence, and a relentless drive to exceed expectations. The “X” in our name reflects our expanding vision—and we’re looking for passionate professionals to grow with us.
Your area of focus.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at ACX, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our growing collision network. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, build meaningful partnerships with managers, and create hiring strategies that bring exceptional talent into our repair centres. Your work will directly impact the strength and success of our teams.
This role requires someone who thrives on building strong relationships, communicates with clarity and confidence, and has a sharp eye for top talent. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive—someone who takes ownership of the hiring process from end to end, and who is equally comfortable headhunting as they are reporting and partnering with senior leaders.
What drives your day-to-day?
Can you picture yourself here already?
We hope so. It’s equally important that you choose us as we choose you. Take a sneak peek at what we think makes this one of the best workplaces around.
If you think you’re a good fit to come along on our ride, apply now through our website at www.autocan.ca/careers. We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
Our commitment extends to reaching out to individuals from various backgrounds and identities. We do not discriminate based on gender identity, race, national origin, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, marital or family status, or mental/physical disabilities. AutoCanada is committed to collaborating with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities. If you need accommodation during the recruitment process, please inform your recruiter.
