How will you make an impact in this role?

The Account Protection Specialist (APS) is responsible for the efficient processing of financial and non-financial related telephone inquiries from both Cardmembers and Service Establishments. A key player on the risk operations team responsible for:
  • Validating applicant and cardmember identity.
  • Detecting potential fraud at the point of sale.
  • Transaction verification, inbound / outbound Canadian Fraud and Credit.
  • Assisting your colleagues in other international centres to resolve charges from traveling cardmembers.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate must possess:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • College Diploma or University Degree.
  • Retail or Credit / Fraud experience will be an asset.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work anytime between 7:00 am to 11:00 pm including weekends.
