Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and support implementation for e-commerce projects, with a focus on 2P (drop-shipping) solutions
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog, create user stories, acceptance criteria, and participate in testing processes
• Collaborate with IT and business teams, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships for effective delivery
• Provide 2nd-level incident support, root cause analysis, and guidance to restore production and prevent recurring issues
• Coordinate production change requests and ensure successful deployments while supporting continuous process improvements
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, with expertise in the e-commerce and retail domain
• Hands-on experience with 2P (drop-shipping) solutions and requirement gathering for e-commerce systems
• Proficient in developing business process models, data analysis, and API contracts
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and work collaboratively across teams

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$95,000 - CA$125,000.
