Reporting to the Director of Market Development, this role is ideal for someone who has been managing the customs release and/or audit process who is eager to use their skills in a new way. They will be building strong client relationships, managing and qualifying leads, and closing deals. What You Will Do
- Master the Art of Lead Flow: Qualify inbound leads and match them with the right team or partner.
- Seal the Deal: Handle low-volume importers, close deals, and kick off account setups.
- Build Relationships That Matter: Connect with potential clients through discovery meetings and deliver a client-first experience.
- Be the Lead Management Pro: Uncover opportunities using tools like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to qualify leads, book meetings, generate leads and keep your pipeline active.
- Drive Results: Hit clearly defined key performance indicators and drive results by utilizing existing scripts, playbooks and CRM.
- Quick Action: Same-day response to all leads.
- Drive Results: Conduct 25+ screenings and book 12+ meetings weekly.
- Proactive Follow-Up: Keep leads engaged and relationships growing.
- You are a self-motivated go-getter who prides themselves on their responsiveness
- Focused on client experience and results, you have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Super organized, you have the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Great with systems, you have experience with CRMs like Pipedrive and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- You have customs experience, you understand how trade works and how GHY's services will add value for prospective clients.
- Sales experience is a plus, but drive and determination are key! You are eager to grow, learn, and succeed.
