Marketing and Web Presence POSITION TYPE: Full-Time Position Available SALARY: $51,573 - $72,573 per annum

Reporting to the Manager, Business Development Marketing, the Marketing Officer is a strategic, self-motivated professional responsible for leading the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives that support the College's business development goals. The role requires strong project leadership and experience developing marketing campaigns. The Officer works collaboratively across schools, institutes, and departments to develop practical strategies, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes. A key part of the role includes coordinating meetings, events, and marketing activities with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution. Success in this position depends on strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Diploma in marketing, communications, or business with a focus in marketing. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Several years of relevant marketing work experience
- Experience auditing marketing operations and developing and executing effective strategic marketing plans
- Proven success with digital marketing campaigns, including email, social, programmatic advertising, and SEO
- Experience marketing to B2C and B2B audiences in Manitoba
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or Salesforce Marketing Cloud), including managing and segmenting audiences and creating and scheduling targeted emails
- Experience creating and updating webpages via a content management system (e.g. WordPress)
- Experience navigating and understanding Google Analytics and using reporting tools (e.g. Google Looker Studio), with a proven ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience writing persuasive ad copy and crafting compelling stories
- Strong work ethic and great attention to detail, with the ability to effectively work independently and work and communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement
- Experience with event marketing
- Project management experience, with success starting and completing multiple projects on time
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
- This position may be required to work overtime
- May be required to work at various RRC Polytech campuses
