Sales Enablement Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist with strong technical skills, systematic thinking, and a data-driven approach. In this role, you'll take a lead support role for our HubSpot CRM, ensuring our sales and retention infrastructure supports scalable growth. You’ll help build the systems, workflows, and reporting needed to enable high-performing teams and create exceptional, personalized customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM & Pipeline Management
  • Build, optimize, and maintain our HubSpot CRM environment.
  • Develop scalable, consistent sales enablement infrastructure across all teams and regions.
  • Ensure data integrity, system usability, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Retention Lifecycle Enablement
  • Design and implement full patient retention lifecycle frameworks within the CRM, supporting timely and relevant follow-up communications.
  • Onboard new clinics into this lifecycle system and ensure successful adoption of workflows and reporting.
  • Enable personalized patient journeys through segmented communications and treatment recommendations tailored to past behaviors and needs.
  • Sales Enablement & Reporting
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline progression, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations to improve sales efficiency, conversion, and retention outcomes.
  • Support teams with ongoing training, system enhancements, and best-practice documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with the Sales Director, who oversees in-clinic treatment consultants, to support front-line execution.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Success Director, to align outreach workflows and improve conversion across all channels.
  • Work with internal creative and marketing teams to operationalize communications that support sales, engagement, and retention objectives.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot expertise required).
  • A systems thinker with a strong planning mindset and attention to process optimization.
  • A passion for data analysis, asking smart questions, and surfacing actionable insights.
  • Proven experience improving conversion rates through process improvement and insights.
  • Excellent systematic thinking and the ability to translate big-picture goals into detailed action plans.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and present insights effectively.
  • Experience with sales KPIs, lead management, and pipeline analysis.
