Supply Chain Analyst
Help drive process clarity and alignment during a pivotal time of growth as this global brand scales Agile Purchasing over the next year. If you're skilled in process mapping, documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in supply chain and merchandising, this role offers the chance to make an immediate impact.
Hybrid working environment of 2-4 days in-office. This is initially a contract through January 2026 with intent to extend barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international Vancouver based company and one of Vancouver’s finest! Our client is a people-centric organization and known for their collaborative team culture.
What- The Role:
- Lead process mapping and documentation efforts to capture and maintain current and future state workflows as our client scales Agile Purchasing over the next 6–12 months.
- Document and maintain current and future state process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar.
- Lead and support process discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
- Assist with requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable functional specifications.
- Maintain clear traceability between meeting notes, requirements, design decisions, risks, and assumptions.
- Act as a conduit between the Supply Chain Strategy team and stakeholders in Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Supply Planning, and other functions.
- Support and facilitate meetings to align on process changes, technology needs, and priorities.
- Support change management with clear documentation, training materials, and communication plans.
- Gather, interpret, and analyze complex data to improve performance and identify patterns and trends.
Who – The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, process improvement, or business analysis roles.
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills - candidates must be comfortable and experienced with tools like Visio, Miro, or similar.
- Experience in Supply Chain or Merchandising/Buying/Planning is strongly preferred to support alignment with key stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Logical and structured approach to problem solving, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with planning systems or ERP platforms is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification is a plus.
How much:
$37-43.20/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
