- This is an in-office position Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday's.
The successful candidate should be technologically savvy and have a strong commitment to delivering accurate and timely results that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This position will report to Urban Barn's Ecommerce Merchandising Manager.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure that all products are activated and deactivated in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure all product pages go live and are maintained with the best possible experience
- Merchandise the product catalog to ensure all products are positioned to maximize sales
- Strategically place products on our website and update categories and products as needed for promotions and campaigns
- Coordinate with photographers for product photos, lifestyle images, and videos
- Collaborate with the ecommerce, Marketing, and Product teams to maintain website functionality, product assets and product catalog
- Optimize on-site search experience by applying necessary tactics and pull monthly reporting
- Maintain website evergreen pages, store hours, and Google My Business listings
- Execute SEO content strategies, including product and category descriptions updates
- Support various ecommerce initiatives, campaigns, and projects as required

- Good understanding of website best practices, UX, site performance, optimizations, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new technologies, tasks, and procedures quickly with little or no supervision
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Ecommerce/Website Coordinator or similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
- Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Knowledge in web design – HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Wrike, Asana, Jira, or similar project management tools is an asset
