Position: Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Location: Burlington

Pay: $24 per hour

Shift: 5:00pm-1:30am – Must have open availability Saturday-Sunday (you will work 5 shifts a week)

Training: 8:30am-5:00pm for 6-8 weeks

Fully in office – MUST have a car as it is not transit accessible

Temp to perm

Duties:

  • Will be receiving incoming calls and emails from clients ordering various products and parts
  • Verifying client’s warranty
  • Receiving incoming calls from clients who are experiencing mechanically problems with small power equipment
  • Trouble shooting power equipment
  • Ordering replacement parts
  • Processing payments and shipments
  • Various duties as assigned
  • Acting as a lesion
  • Strong communication required – both written and verbal – must be able to compose an email in French!


Once hired on permanently:
