Your mission
As Manager, Continuous Improvement reporting to the Vice President of Operations, Terry Fisch, your mission is to lead process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across Cozey’s fulfillment network. You’ll analyze operational workflows, identify sources of variation, and implement data-driven solutions that improve throughput, reduce cost per shipment, and ensure delivery excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of fulfillment operations, WMS systems, and root cause problem-solving. You’ll work cross-functionally with logistics, planning, technology, and customer operations to design scalable processes, monitor performance trends, and embed operational discipline as we continue to grow.

Your mission
As Manager, Continuous Improvement reporting to the Vice President of Operations, Terry Fisch, your mission is to lead process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across Cozey’s fulfillment network. You’ll analyze operational workflows, identify sources of variation, and implement data-driven solutions that improve throughput, reduce cost per shipment, and ensure delivery excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of fulfillment operations, WMS systems, and root cause problem-solving. You’ll work cross-functionally with logistics, planning, technology, and customer operations to design scalable processes, monitor performance trends, and embed operational discipline as we continue to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Process Optimization Initiatives: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in fulfillment operations and lead projects to improve productivity, quality, and throughput across all fulfillment centers.
- Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Use KPIs and operational data (pick-pack accuracy, order cycle time, warehouse capacity utilization, etc.) to track performance and identify improvement strategies.
- Standardization & Best Practices: Develop, document, and roll out SOPs across multiple fulfillment centers to ensure consistent and scalable operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, technology, supply chain, and customer happiness to implement changes and align continuous improvement goals.
- Change Management: Facilitate training, stakeholder communication, and adoption of new processes, technologies, and tools at all levels of the fulfillment organization.
- Innovation & Automation: Evaluate and recommend automation tools and WMS upgrades to improve speed, accuracy and scalability of fulfillment.
- Customer Centric Improvements: Drive improvements in order accuracy, on-time delivery, and return processing to enhance the customer experience.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (required).
- 3-5+ years of experience in a D2C fulfillment or logistics environment, preferably involving large non-conveyable goods.
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping, standardized work creation, and systems optimization.
- Deep familiarity with root cause analysis techniques and corrective action methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, A3).
- Strong working knowledge of WMS platforms and the ability to identify system-based improvements.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, or other database tools.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a strong asset, as well as a PMP certification.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change in dynamic environments .
- Interest & familiarity with AI tools.
- Desire & time to travel to visit North American FCs and eventually APAC FCs.
