Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily logistics operations, including inventory levels, transportation, and warehousing.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with company goals and improve efficiency.
- Perform data analysis to assess logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain documentation for audits.
- Mentor and train logistics team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Troubleshoot logistics issues and develop solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Must have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to change.
- Proficiency in vendor negotiation and relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP systems).
- Proven ability to analyze data and create actionable reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
