Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday (7:00 am to 5:30 pm)

Role: Production Technician - Chassis Prep/ Box mount/ Undercoat

As a Chassis Prep – Box mount / Undercoat, you will be able to:
- Mount box body to chassis
- Install component pieces such as bumper, running boards, fuel filter etc.
- Prep the chassis by making the necessary modifications needed for it to fit the conversion – i.e. remove mounting pucks from frames etc.
- Perform a general quality control check to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met
- Ensure quality of workmanship conforms to specifications and eliminate rework in all applications
- Vehicle prep and undercoating
- Ensure equipment is maintained as necessary
- Knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems and test equipment
- Experience and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance.
- Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements.
- Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices.
- Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.
- Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time.
