Ce que vous accomplirez dans ce rôle

En tant que Spécialiste Senior en tarification, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la planification, l’exécution et le suivi de la stratégie tarifaire national à travers notre réseau de plus de 360 cliniques vétérinaires. Grâce à votre rigueur analytique et votre capacité à mobiliser les équipes, vous serez un véritable moteur de performance et d’alignement stratégique.

Vous Serez Responsable De

Analyse & perspectives tarifaires

• Étudier la performance tarifaire des cliniques à l’échelle régional
• Identifier les tendances clés, les écarts, les risques et opportunités d’amélioration
• Élaborer et mettre à jour des tableaux de bord et outils analytiques pour les équipes de direction
• Traduire des données complexes en recommandations concrètes
  
  

Communication & formation

• Développer des documents de formation et de communication clairs
• Animer des sessions de formation auprès du personnel clinique et opérationnel (en ligne ou en personne)
• Assurer la diffusion et l’adoption des procédures opérationnelles liées à la tarification
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des communications et des services centraux
  
  

Implantation & suivi stratégique

• Soutenir la planification budgétaire annuelle à travers des hypothèses tarifaires robustes
• Coordonner le déploiement des stratégies tarifaires dans les cliniques vétérinaires d'une région spécifique
• Vérifier la conformité des tarifs dans les logiciels cliniques
• Offrir un soutien post-implantation : suivi, ajustements, et rapports à la direction
  
  

Collaboration interdisciplinaire

• Travailler main dans la main avec les directions de pratiques, médicales et financières
• Être à l’écoute des équipes terrain pour comprendre les réalités et enjeux locaux
• Participer à des projets transversaux d’amélioration continue
  
  

Profil recherché

Compétences Essentielles

• Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
• Expérience dans le domaine vétérinaire, médical ou de la santé
• Expérience pertinente en analyse tarifaire, gestion de projet, ou finances
• Excellente maîtrise d’Excel, PowerPoint et de la suite O365
• Forte capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et d’interprétation des données
• Sens aigu de l'organisation, autonomie et souci du détail

• Connaissance des systèmes de gestion clinique ou de facturation
• Aisance avec Power Automate, Power BI, ou d'autres outils analytiques

We're looking for a Senior Bilingual Pricing Specialist to join our Pricing & Catalogue Management team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with data, thrives in cross-functional environments, and wants to turn insights into action.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Bilingual Pricing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our regional pricing strategy and ensuring it’s aligned with business goals and clinical realities. You’ll collaborate across Finance, Data, Medical, and Operations teams, and be a trusted partner to clinic staff.

Job Responsibilities

Analysis & Data Insights

• Analyze pricing in each region to identify key trends, opportunities and risks to the Pricing Strategy
• Work with the Data & Finance teams to report on pricing insights and performance, including effectiveness of various components of the pricing strategy to executives and field team leaders
• Understand market information and market trends, including any risks or impact to Pricing Strategy
• Understand opportunity areas and communicate recommendations to support future Pricing Strategic plans
• Develop new tools to support reporting on pricing performance
  
  

Training & Communication

• Comfortable creating and delivering presentations to varying teams from clinic teams/field operations to support office employees.
• Understand Pricing and Catalogue Management SOPs and support training, communication and adherence to Pricing & Catalogue management policies.
• Collaborating with Central Services & Communications team to deliver consistent communications including how pricing performance fits within values and strategic goals (including: billing accuracy & completeness, pricing compliance, client value & patient care)
• Develop and distribute operating procedures in partnership with the practice leadership team to achieve higher compliance and reduce pricing errors
• Provide pricing-related training to the clinic staff & field operations teams by creating and presenting live/online training sessions
  
  

Regional Clinic Pricing Performance Support

• Understand and work with other teams to gather detailed assumptions for the annual Pricing Strategy and budget objectives
• Plan, communicate and lead implementation of Annual Pricing Strategy for dedicated region of clinics
• Collaborate closely with the practice leadership team and finance teams to conduct clinic pricing reviews, identify trends, insights and advising on regional pricing strategy, including any quarterly off-cycle pricing adjustments that may be required to improve clinic performance
• Engage in direct communication with veterinary clinic staff to understand pricing information, work through changes together, and answer any questions or concerns Ensure pricing has been properly implemented in the PMS (patient information management system) in a complete and timely manner
• Proactively monitor and review for pricing compliance through analyzing billing data and pricing set in the PMS
• Develop new tools and procedures to improve pricing consistency and implementation
• Assist in ad-hoc enquiries and projects as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English are required
• Experience with financial analytics and/or pricing analytics is preferred
• Experience working in a veterinary environment with a strong working knowledge of medical products/services and billing practices is considered an asset (not a requirement)
• Proficiency in Excel and O365 Suite
• Proficiency in Power Automate and analytics considered an asset
