Site Merchandising Coordinator - Ville St. Laurent (Office-first)

The Opportunity

Ready to make an impact on Psycho Bunny's online presence? As our Site Merchandising Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our digital success! Reporting to the Manager of eCommerce, you'll implement and execute daily site merchandising strategies that will take our brand to new heights. You'll collaborate with our talented teams to ensure precise product enrichment and successful online launches, creating a captivating online experience. Plus, you'll be a key player in optimization efforts and strategic initiatives, constantly pushing boundaries in the digital realm. Your Daily Adventures

Project & Process Management

  • Coordinate tasks across product, legal, merchandising, and creative teams
  • Manage project progress, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution
  • Maintain e-commerce calendar and ensure accurate promotion reflection

Content & Asset Management

  • Coordinate asset creation, retouching, and compression for website
  • Organize promotional asset folders for all digital channels
  • Maintain consistent product listing content to ensure brand integrity

International & Marketplace Operations

  • Manage end-to-end translation process for French and Spanish content
  • Support marketplace listings on Amazon, TikTok, Meta, and other platforms
  • Assist with site regionalization, including currency and returns logic

Compliance & Data Management

  • Collaborate with Legal team on promotional disclaimers and fine print
  • Maintain employee exclusion records and store location data

Customer Experience & Analysis

  • Monitor search trends and maintain accurate size guides
  • Oversee product reviews and enrichment for enhanced engagement
  • Track performance of installment payments and fraud prevention tools

Your Toolkit

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; experience in eCommerce merchandising or related field a plus
  • Proficiency in Shopify and analytics & reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) considered a strong asset
  • Interest in developing analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience working with apparel retailers or brands
  • Strong interest in and understanding of online shopping behavior
  • A self-motivated team player with a keen attention to detail
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule
