Responsibilities:

  • Initiate project kickoff and stakeholder engagement for all capital projects for Lifemark Real Estate.
  • Act as key personnel for all projects to remain within scope, schedule and budget.
  • Analyze project progress and keep project status updated.
  • When necessary, build and adapt scope, timeline or budget to achieve optimal results.
  • Monitor execution of complex projects and control project budgets.
  • Closing of projects and ensure payments are made to vendors as required with proper approvals.


Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary degree in Business Management, Real Estate Planning, GIS, Geography, Urban Planning. Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management is highly desired.
  • 2+ years of experience working in project management in a similar industry is required.
  • PMP Designation or actively seeking will be highly preferred.
  • Must have core understanding of project management fundamentals for real estate capital planning and/or healthcare operations.
  • Must be able to build project by project process design, milestone reporting & post-mortem analysis.
  • Technical expertise in MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint is required.
  • Have a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel if needed.
  • Good written & oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational & problem solving skills.
