A key part of any company’s information management strategy, OpenText enterprise content management (ECM) software provides Content Services to help connect content within context for core business processes to accelerate productivity, improve governance and drive digital transformation. What The Role Offers

As a Senior Quality Assurance Developer, you will:

  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of product functionalities, testing techniques, and the ability to design tests using specific technologies
  • Champion performance, reliability, PEN, data privacy testing efforts
  • Focus on finding defects early in development phases and work diligently to resolve customer issues in a timely manner, possibly using collaboration tools
  • Mentor and train QA engineers, ensuring they acquire the skill sets required for effective testing, potentially using training tools
  • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover defects related to usage scenarios or environments, leveraging knowledge of the product's architecture.
  • Collaborate with other functional groups, identifying product dependencies and coordinating test efforts between groups using communication tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • 5+ years of enterprise product testing experience
  • Experienced in manual/automated testing; Web, Desktop, MS office & mobile apps
  • Experience with automated tools like Playwright/Selenium
  • Good knowledge in with Typescript, Javascript, HTML5, CSS/CSS3
  • Exposure to Windows and Linux desktop application automation
  • Familiarity with Gitlab
  • Experience with Dockers and related containerization technology, Kubernetes or related orchestration software, Helm
  • Knowledge of .NET Framework (C#), .NET Core, Python
  • Excellent in development and execution of test scripts
  • Knowledge of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform
  • Excellent understanding of REST API testing using tools like Fiddler, SoapUI
  • Knowledge of web servers like IIS/Tomcat
  • Working knowledge in Agile/Scrum environment
