Located in North Toronto, the Club consists of more than 4,000 members, with a strong presence in the local social and sporting community.

We are looking for full-time Parking Services Associates to join our Member Services department. This role is responsible for maintaining order and flow on Club parking areas, ensuring the proper documentation and registration of all vehicles on Club premise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitors incoming vehicles and manages flow of traffic to maintain a smooth and safe environment.
  • Identifies vehicles belonging to members, guests or vendors, and investigates any unregistered vehicles.
  • Issues temporary parking passes for guests and provides directions or guidance of Club rules.
  • Ensures any vendor or employee vehicles are pre-approved for parking on premise and are parked in designated areas.
  • Monitors the security of parking areas and upholds Club parking policies with discretion, directing the removal of any unauthorized vehicles.
  • Responds promptly and accurately to member inquiries or concerns related to parking.
  • Assists with light maintenance or setup of parking lot equipment (e.g. cones, signage, podiums).
  • Ensures all documentation of vehicles on premise are completed accurately in accordance with department standards.
  • Works in compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) and any safety policies and procedures set out by the Club.
  • Conduct self in alignment with the Well Played service model (Prompt, Personalized, Polite) to support member services and respect in the workplace.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a hospitality, concierge, or valet setting required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and service-minded approach
  • Office equipment and computer literacy in a professional setting required
  • Ability to work independently and make problem-solving decisions
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weathers, standing or walking for extended periods
