We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Processing Administrator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient processing of data, maintenance of quality systems, and adherence to local rules and regulations. This role will also involve general administrative duties, special projects, and collaboration with various business areas to drive business excellence.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; degree-level education preferred
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe)
- Ability to pass background checks and maintain a high level of business ethics
- Capable of learning internal proprietary computer software applications, including Quickbase and SAP (or other ERP/MRP databases), Knowledge of similar applications is an asset
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Possess "soft skills" including personal effectiveness, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
