Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, assessing vehicles, providing estimates, and coordinating appointments.
- Provide an extraordinary customer experience, welcoming guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and handle each situation appropriately.
- Verify warranty and service coverage, ensuring customers understand their options clearly.
- Develop accurate service estimates, communicating costs for parts, labor, and materials.
- Prepare detailed repair orders - documenting vehicle symptoms, necessary services, and technician recommendations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships – keep the customer in the know every step of the way!
- Keep up with any manufacturer training on an as need basis.
- Previous Service Experience – A minimum of 2 years in a customer focused role required.
- Professional & Friendly Approach – A customer-first mindset with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong Communication Skills – You create trust and long-term relationships effortlessly.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – You efficiently manage service details, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Valid Driver’s License – With an acceptable driver’s abstract.
